        THE CABINET 
The NCJW Board ventured out into unchartered water at the beginning of the 2009 club year and developed a quarterly rotating leadership structure for day-to-day governance. 
The Officers and the Board are very satisfied with the way the rotation allows for opportunities to lead and share in administrative tasks.
